There is no better homage to the great outdoors than immortalizing its beauty in a photo. But nature photography is a challenging field if you approach it without knowledge.


First, you need to make sure you bring the right equipment and gear. Freehand is fine when you’re caught in a pinch. But if you want the best shots, make sure to bring a tripod to steady your camera.


Make sure to scout your locations and the best spots beforehand. It’s always better to wait a little longer in the right spot to catch the perfect sunset than to be 5 minutes late for the perfect shot.
